There are some V1 launch sites that I would like to explore.
They are in the middle of the woods and mostly hidden now.
That might be interesting.

You really have to know what you're looking for when you find random stuff in the woods or in the middle of fields.

Most of the time you wouldn't know it has anything to do with WW2 military instalations.

But, out in the open it would help you cover a lot of area and give you a better look.

They are what is left of the foundations of a V1 launching ramp.

Being close to the English coast we have a lot of those hidden in the woods.

They all have a bunch of bunkers built around to protect the site and store the rockets.
