Christmas light show will go up week before Thanksgiving.
But I don't turn the show on till the first Monday in December. I run that for 1 month.

A friend called me yesterday and said "let's call in sick at work wednesday and golf all day" I asked him if now was really the time to "call in sick"

We are golfing all day tomorrow.

If we call in sick, we're off for 2 weeks.

I'm not exactly sure what our procedure is if you say you aren't feeling well, like maybe it was that gas station sushi. I do know if you test positive (we get tested weekly) you go home, with pay for 2 weeks. If you tested positive and were in close contact with another worker they go home for 4 or 5 days then get retested.

I've been real busy, I'm finally having some time off.That's why I can stay up at 2:30 am to follow the US election.

Halloween is not that popular here but a few houses have pumpkins and stuff in their yards.

Those "singing faces" are mounted on 4 foot by 4 foot pegboards.
So, I just take the boards down and store them.
Easy to set up, once I've built them.
Easy to take down.

Christmas lights take me days to set up.
