79 today in the area in Texas where I'll be.
58 when I'm actually there in one week.

Fun story from a few years ago, I left Indy to travel down to San Antonio in January. Flying out from Indy it was almost 60, I land in San Antonio and it was in the 40s. I fly back home 4 days later and it is in the 60s in SA, and snowing when I land back in Indy.

About 5 years ago, the wife got snowed in at DFW. They got 13 inches, and she was stuck for a couple days.

Lived in that area for 5 years. Venice by chance?

Close. Rotondo area. Sister built a new home. Pretty secluded right now.
Rolling to Brandon later this morning for 2 days and then back this way to see friends just east of where we are right now.
We will be home for the cold weather.
