SB Tactical brace, Holosun AEMS, Strike Industries extended ambi safety. I've got to either remove the OEM sights all together or replace with some Magpul BUIS, and my Rugged Obsidian 9 is on order with Asz
I put the Holosun 510c on the Freedom Ordnance but need to sight it in. Also added a Strike Industries angled qd mount up front, and Magpul MS4 sling (can convert to single point) and will share the sling between the 2.
How do they compare shooting side-by-side?
About the only thing I really liked about the show. He always plays an interesting character.

Been a minute since I shot the freedom ordnance due to the brace stuff, so need to get it out side by side with the scorpion.
It's not apples to apples because the Scorpion is a micro (4.2" barrel) while the freedom ordnance is 8" barrel). Can will go on the Scorpion.
Right now I'm really liking the scorpion but it's the most recently shot.
Give me a bit to get them out side by side with the Freedom Ordrnance having the Holosun on it (previously had a Vortex AR Sparc)

Good question and you can see in their eyes they know they are trespassing. The excuse/whine seems to be the default setting for these conversations. Most of the time I get one and then it's over, but I have gotten more that a few. Two guys I caught started out with the HNF story then moved to the Billy Bob explanation and then finally ended with "We're just hunting mushrooms." When I said we can take it up with the law one wanted to move on, but his friend wanted to continue to argue. I suspect the first guy had drugs, warrant, parole, etc. and started pushing his buddy to leave.
Wanted to shoot up some 32-20 I had made a while back but it proved to be a little too long for the old Winchester 1873. I must have made this back when all I had was the 1892. An 1873 is more sensitive to COAL than the 1892.
Made in 1897 I got this filthy, minus a mag tube, some screws and parts. It works well and gives serviceable accuracy, but could use a barrel reline.

Installed a new hanging light the main level home office (was a dining room for previous owner and had a pretty big heavy chandelier in there). Scrubbed the deck furniture and did some other stuff around here. Wanted to go fishing, but we have people coming in for my daughter's grad school graduation and my wife has a to do list for me. Maybe tomorrow.
