Whole wheat bread, Peter Pan PB, whatever jelly I have in the fridge, and a glass of milk.

Try not to eat sugar, so no jelly. Crazy Richard's chunky peanut butter. Absolutely no additives, just crushed peanut paste on bread, whatever I've bought that week. Need to get to where I'm buying or making better bread, but that's a future issue. I usually don't make a sandwich, but make peanut butter toast to go with a coldbrew coffee with heavy cream.
