16 foot wide x 12 foot extended crank out awning for a deck or patio. Made by Awntech / Beauty-Mark. Older, a little rusty, and a could use some clean-up. BUT, still works great. Mounts to the wall OR I made brackets to mount it to the soffit (lines up the lag bolts with joists/rafters).
FREE, FREE, FREE for a limited time. I have a dumpster coming on Tuesday. Awning is going in, and the dumpster will be gone no later than Thursday. I'll probably take it down today (Sunday) and set it in the driveway.
Drop me a note, and pick it up at your leisure. Sorry, can't "hold it" passed Thursday.
