Need info on court schedule for St Jo Family Court. Son has a custody hearing on Friday and I can't find the info.

Gotcha. If you talk to him often you could try casually ask him about it without him being any the wiser.

I think you are going to have to call the Clerk of the Court. You can ask their office when the case is going to be heard, and the location.

My guess is that it might be at the Juvenile Justice Center, 1000 S. Michigan St., but the clerk would know best. I do know that a couple people I talk to at school have had to go to family court there for paternity and visitation issues.

Like sepe said, the 'JJC' is the place. Most all criminal matters involving juveniles, custody, etc are held there. I spent some time there several years ago winning full time custody of my son. There is usually a morning and afternoon session. The morning sessions begin at 9:30 am. You just wait until your case is called.

Dont know if they would tell you. I thought they only let the mom dad and lawyers in the court room during that time..
