I have for sale a Field grade Springfield Armory M1 Garand. This rifle looks to be in good mechanical shape. The stock is USGI.
The barrel and receiver, and trigger group are Springfield Armory. The bolt is HRA.
Overall the gun is in fair to good condition and looks like it would be an excellent shooter.
The barrel, and only the barrel from what I can tell has a frosty bore from firing corrosive ammunition. However, the rifling looks strong.
The throat gauged 5 and the muzzle at 3.
