    It looks great but I am not too fond of the narrow base of the blade but it probably will not make a difference for general use. I like the leather stacked handle look I am thinking about a super bowie soon. I would go for it SOG makes a great knife, I have never had a problem with any of my SOG's.

    Ive never used the sog fixed blades, only folders, and I was never impressed with them. I just picked up an AL Mar SERE Operator over Christmas and it is one of the most impressive knives I've ever owned.
