Are 3 dot fiber optic or Heinie straight eight sights allowed in production class? I watched a match last month at Atlanta CC and I'm thinking about competing there on Oct 24th. If they are allowed, what sights would you recommend for USPSA? I know everyone will have a different opinion, but I would still like your suggestions . I will be shooting a Glock 17.

I replaced the front sight of my G17 Production gun with one of these:

    Dawson Fiber Front - Glock .125 x .160

It's the same size as the stock to use with the Glock rear sight.

If you want a smaller front sight and adjustable rear, like I use on my Limted G35

017-012 Dawson Adjusting Rear Glock Sight
019-009 Dawson Glock Front Fiber Optic Sight .300 tall (.100)

Night sights (e.g. Straight Eights) are ok.

I have Heinie Slant Pros on my Glock. Plain back front. I haven't shot fiber optic fronts since 2006 and don't miss them one bit.
