Not all Body Shops are created equal
It is true that not all body shops offer the same services we do. So I wanted to list some of the things we are doing and would like to make everybody aware of in case we do something you need.
Starting in the Office:
Our office staffs are claims specialists.
They can assist with the claim filing process and we will deal with the insurance company for you throughout the repair process.
We deal with all insurance companies and our workmanship is warrantied for however long you own your vehicle
We can assist with rental car arraignments.
We can have a car or rental agent ready for you to use when you leave your vehicle for repairs. We do not provide rentals so a VERY VALUABLE TIP. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE RENTAL COVERAGE ON YOUR INSURANCE POLICY. Not having it is one major inconvenience to you the car owner during repairs. It is not expensive and I suggest check to make sure you have it now before you need it.
We can provide you with a visual estimate of repairs.
Or if an Insurance company has written an estimate we will start with theirs and contact them on your behalf if they have missed something.
I say visual because with the complexity of today’s cars and the amount of plastic parts holding them together it is easy to find additional damage once the car has been disassembled.
Same goes for the insurance estimator. They cannot see everything either until the car is disassembled and they understand additional costs may be involved.

We try to take the frustrations out of what can already be a stressful situation. We consider it our job to take over the process once you agree to have us do the repairs and handle as many details as we can for you.
In The Shop:
The expected dent repair and refinishing.
When thinking of a Body Shop this is probably what comes to most people minds.
But we do so much more than just that.
Paintless Dent Repair.
When it is practical we can offer paintless dent repair. Anything from parking lot dings to storm and Hail damage.
Glass Work.
We can replace broken or cracked windshields, side and rear glass; we can also repair or replace door windows and regulators that don’t work.
Car Detailing.
Complete car detailing starting at $145.00
Headlamp restorations.
Have headlamps that are yellowed or faded? We can recondition them at a fraction of the cost of new.
The way we do it is far superior to just buffing them out. We replace the UV coating so they don’t fade back in 6 months to a year like you will get with buffing.
Air Conditioner servicing.
This is part of what we do on a regular basis during repairs.
Air Bag and restraint system repairs
Another thing we do on a regular basis.
But here is where we really shine,
Frame and suspension repair and also drivability issues.
We are a fully equipped frame repair shop and troubleshooting drivability problems is what we can do better than most other body shops out there.
If you have a vehicle that just won’t drive right or has abnormal tire wear and other alignment stores have not been able to correct it, we can. Whether it is from an accident or a bad chuck hole, bought the car that way or shoddy repairs in the past. We will help you with it.
Wheel Alignments.
We 2 and 4 Wheel alignments and can do a more in depth alignment if needed than just the basic adjustments. Collision related alignments are different than maintenance alignments and as said above we are able to trouble shoot and correct issues caused be a collision or any other damage to the suspension.
Have you lowered or raised your car or truck?
If it was modified was done correctly then we will be able to align it to factory specifications.
Even in the worst cases where the work was done improperly we are usually able to realign the wheels so that it will drive right and reduce tire wear.
