Find the plug for your self. My guys charge $50 extra if they have to search for it and dig it up.

Get a price agreed on FIRST. Look in the whole when it is clean and what else do you care about? So I'd just go with the lowest price. Pump it out, you get paid. If not, then you don't.

I use Knox septic and sewer. They come out to our area. $250 for pumped tank.
