Sen. Mark Kelly reelected, defeats Republican Blake Masters in closely watched Senate race

Sen. Mark Kelly ended Thursday with a lead over Republican Blake Masters. At least one national analyst says the Arizona race is effectively over.

I like how the headline adds "...in a closely watched Senate race."
Was it "closely watched" or "CLOSELY WATCHED"?
Well, to be fair it just says the "Senate race" was closely watched.
A minute after the polls closed, Paul Blart the mall cop was like...

Mail in ballots and midnight calls are concerning, frankly I think we do away with mail in ballots and go absentee or vote the day of the election.

It seems that absentee voting first began, in order to allow Civil War soldiers the opportunity to vote while away from home.
