SBR Location engraving question

What do I do if I plan on getting an SBR but do not know where I am going to be living in Indiana at the time? I move frequently around central Indiana, however it is my understanding that you must engrave your location on the lower receiver.

Is it acceptable to just put down the city where you received you SBR? IE Fill out the paperwork/fingerprints in Indianapolis so technically that is where it was "manufactured"?

Yes, put your present location at the time you send in your paperwork.

I assume you have a legal address somewhere? This is what you would put down on your Form 1 and the city and state (obviously IN) from section 1 of the Form 1 would go on your SBR. It's not WHERE you fill out the paperwork, it's what your address is when you fill it out.
