SBR build- need advice on R Guns lower receiver

I'm looking at a 5.56 SBR build and came across this R Guns lower receiver. Can anyone give me the skinny on these?

I'd pass on them, find one you LIKE not the cheapest you can buy. Your going to SBR it, you will be with it for some time.

I SBR'd my doublestar lower, I like it, it is teflon coated and the owners of the company are some good people.

If you're gonna pay an extra $200 to turn this lower into an SBR and go as far as to engrave your own name on it, make sure its a good one and one that you will still like in 10 years.

I would have passed on the doublestar lower too. The double star lower I have has quite a bit of play in the trigger pins. Not worthy of SBR IMHO.

I have a smith and wesson lower waiting for sbr.

if you haven't looked into Seekins Precision is high quality and makes really good lower buts its kinda high $$, its goin to be my next build i believe

I am very happy with my Spike Tactical lower for my SBR.

Seekins Precision

They have the uppers too ($226), but both are "currently on order." If you're not buying right now you may want to keep them in mind; I got my upper and lower through them and was very pleased with the transaction. They also have a 5% mil/leo discount.

Go Spike's if you just need a good solid quality lower but don't need anything special.

Go Noveske if you want extra street cred.

Go Seekins if you want something really unique and don't mind paying for it.

Other option is get a factory Colt SBR ;-)

However, the other three choices all look interesting.
