Fired almost a whole box through it. This was my first chance to take this little dude out to the range. I can say that I am very impressed. After reading people having trouble with the recoil and accuracy.

The little pistol shoots dead nuts point of aim. However if you loosen your grip a bit the pistols recoil will affect aimed shots upward.

The double action only trigger is very smooth and controllable. The pistol is actually very comfortable to shoot in my opinion.
I could easily put 200 rounds through it with no problems if I wanted to.

The recoil is there but it is not in any way harsh. Follow up shots or fast firing is no problem. In fact I think this is a bit more accurate than my Glock 26 (at least at 7 yards).

All shooting was done at 7 yards (or about 20 feet). Most of it was semi-rapid if not all.

    Good shooting ,

    Was you useing +P ?

With regular 38 special the accuracy is even better ..

I broke my 442 in with regular 38 special then put a box of +P through it ..

IMHO you can't beat the lil 442 for a CC gun :rockwoot::patriot:

    Nice group!
The 442 and 642 are great for their intended purpose.... close up & personal.
Stoke it up with some 125gr. Gold Dots, throw on Crimson Trace grips and you have a very effective snubby.
    Enjoy it.

P.S. The Galco Pocket holster is a comfortable & concealable setup.
