I believe the Ruger website said the release date was March 1. Talking with one of the guys at the LGS he told me it could be several months before they ever see one. Nick

Actually I just saw/heard about it while the wife dragged me to Wally World. I found a magazine with an advertisement in it. Might be a nice pocket gun to look into...

Probably won't have to. They actually developed this one, not copied it.

It'll probably retail for about the same as an alloy J frame. Internet reviews say that it has a nice trigger. I'm looking forward to handling one, although I'm not sure if I'll buy one or not.

Yea, but once you get it back from the recall fix, they will throw in a hat and speed loader, so that makes it all worth it.

I am looking forward to playing with one of these. I have my name (first on the list) at a couple of local shops so the first one that comes in I get. If nothing else it’s a cool little “Black” gun to add to the collection J

The gun does look pretty nice. Hopefully they won't have many problems with it. It would make a good snub nose, but I would rather have it in .357 just for the ability to shoot other ammo if I wanted too.

Nope. Me neither. I think these are for those guys that have to brag about having the first ones. The price will stabilize as supply catches up with demand.
