Ruger costumer service

I bought 2 of the SR line pistols. Both were junk from the get go. I contacted them, they emailed me a shipping label and I sent them in. Turn around time was a little over a week on both guns. In both cases they replaced everything but the frame. I can't complain about there customer service...there quality control is another thing.

My wife's uncle is a tailor in Saratoga Springs, but I think he only works on Smith and Wesson. I will check. I hate spelling errors. I must not have hit the u hard enough. And bumped the o. Yeah. That's what happened.
