Curious with recent events. hypothetically if I owned one with a folding brace and went to a shooting range would I be arrested as a felon?

Biden hasnt but the ATF is trying to pass something to do that. It has not been done so far. There is a comment period going on right and if you go to Gun Owners of America they have a link with lots of INfo on how to leave a remark on the comment page.
