So I ordered them from Gander, regular price $149.99, on sale for $104.99 (sale price added once in cart). Plus $10 off promo code for purchases over $100, and free shipping.

I will be buying at least another pair of these boots. They are the most comfortable thing I have ever put on my feet. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a lightweight, comfortable, waterproof, everyday boot.

I've had a pair of the silent stalker boots for a few years now. Wore them last week on a hiking trip and they started squeaking about halfway through the trip. Not sure of the cause or if they can be cured of the squeak.

Hmm. No squeaking yet, but they are brand new, I was mostly looking for a new everyday boot, something comfy and light and these fit the bill. If they start squeaking I will treat with some oil or something to lube it up a bit. I only wear Rocky's, never, ever have had a problem with any pair I buy.

Don't get me wrong, they're a very comfortable boot. Last week was the second multi day hiking trip I've worn them on in addition to hunting. I even wear them in the kayak and for wet wading. After at least 5 years, they finally developed a squeak that is kind of annoying.
