JP is nice and "Sparky" leaves me alone even when I bump off 3-5 rounds at a time through the G5 on the 11.5" AR.

    Maybe he just doesn't notice?

As long as you're not firing full auto, they don't seem to give a damn.

Noooo, bump off as in "bump fire" LOL

I think they are too fast for ol' Sparky to pick up as separate shots. Sounds like a reverberating distant shot with the suprressor.

Yeah, I know. What I'm saying is, they don't seem to care about rapid fire as long as it's not actual automatic fire.

I remember when my brother was younger, he'd unload my dad's 10/22 as fast as he could move his finger and they wouldn't say a damn thing.

thanks for all the replies guys.

I guess i'll check them out one at a time this summer and decide. I wish there was something closer. They need to build one that shoots out in to the lake.

It would be cool if someone bought up some of that land along 41 between Cedar Lake and Lowell to turn it into a shooting range near.

    Jasper-Pulaski is great too..............
    Only drawback is NO shade.
bring a beach umbrella and tie ti to the shooting bench. it works well for me.

he did come down to remind me no rapid fire after i emptied the ten round mag out of my S-12.

Griffith Izak Walton has 1 lane its about 25-30 yards maybe a little longer not sure but you need to be a member (how you become one i am not sure theres never anyone there when i go by). They have an open trap shoot every Thursday starting at 15:00 going to about 22:00 every week.
