Ignore the extremely leftish position of the writing. They want to point out that the neighbors are "rich" and therefore evil. Nevermind that Lucas is probably richer than the whole community.

However, this is a nice piece about property rights and the right one may have over what you "own."

Oh snap. Stupid property owners dont they realize their land value would have sky rocketed for those movie stars and actors who may wish to live close to a studio. Etc..

We had some neighbors in Greenwood that we referred to as Abner and Gladys Kravitz. They called code enforcement on me so many times I had the guys number memorized and we spoke like old friends. Out of all those calls they only had 1 legitimate claim which they could have solved by knocking on my front door.

They won, I moved, or I'd have ended up in jail for many years.
