I'm wanting to get a new pocket knife. I'm wanting it to be spring assisted, and just a good every day knife. I don't know much about knives do any help with picking one out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You've got a million options depending on how much you want. I would look at Kershaw on the lower end of a budget, and Zero Tolerance towards the upper end.

    A big :+1:

I love my ZT0301 and my wife loves her ZT0350, great knives!

I'd like to find them for that price. I see them listed for $130-$140, Brad does better but if you can find them for $100, jump all over it.

i hardly ever buy anything new. reality is, most knife freaks never USE their knives much.

I know it's not what you asked but why do you want/need a spring assisted knife in the first place.
You have many manual folders that are just as faster as spring assisted knives.
I even have manual folders that are just as fast as my auto-knives.

Just like the ease of opening with one hand, but if I came across a manual knife that opened easily with one hand that I liked I would jump on it

You have many models of knives that you can open with one hand just as fast as an automatic knife. And even with both hands.
Spyderco and their round opening hole make it very easy.
