Jocko's podcast is worth the listen. I'm slowly working my way through them from the beginning. I may never finish... but it's worth it.

Seems like a right cool dude, too.

He's done well for himself. The dude lives literally across a city street from the ocean. Like practically adjacent to Luscomb's Point.

The only other listing that close to the shore in that area is farther north at almost 3 million dollars.
