The city of Fort Wayne is not as of yet, I have my prints scheduled for this Monday thru the local sheriff once it comes back from the state I have to appear at my local PD so now what

When do the "free" licenses become available?
I want to say July, but I forget if it's the 1st or the 31st. Seems like most laws take effect in July.
1 July 2021 with the State's fiscal year.
