Fishing was very, very slow this afternoon. Just quit and grew few back.

It's like a Reuben, but with turkey instead of corned beef, and cole slaw instead of sauerkraut.

I need some of those shellcrackers in my pond. Got a snail problem.

They would have an impact. Don’t call ‘em shellcrackets for nothing.

They exploded here back 20 years ago or so when zebra muscles got bad. 10-12 years ago caught a lot of 14”. Zebra muscles dropped dramatically thru the years and now I don’t catch as many. Those big bull males put up a good fight. Their bellies/guts show they have been eating good.

Yeah. Didn't last long but I'd have been soaked if I had been still on the mower at the end of the drive when it hit.
