I hope it isn't what I have been dealing with. I've been coughing since November. Ear infection is still not cleared up. Finished yet another round of antibiotics and steroids last week. Ear still hurts. Cough is still near constant. I'm tired of it all.

They are pretty darn tasty. A bit of work but worth having it occasionally.

What's not to like about a hard-boiled egg wrapped in ground sausage with a coating of panko breadcrumbs. Some cook them in a deep fryer others use an air fryer. We cook them in the oven at 350* for about 1/2 an hour.

Yep. Roll the hardboiled egg in flour, then wrap the ground pork sausage around them, dip in egg wash then coat with breadcrumbs. Place them on a baking sheet and pop them into the oven.

This BC recipe is pretty much how we do them.
