It tried to rain here. Made a lot of racket, but the rain drops dried as fast as they touched down.
Enough of it to raise the humidity though.

Did you ever end up getting the MRI results and follow up?
i was diagnosed with a L4-5 herniated disc from the MRI in December.
I have had two events since then. The second one was bad, some pain and numbness in hip, leg and foot but it only lasted 4-5 days. This current one is as bad as the first. Coming up on 4 weeks. Unable to stand for very long before my leg and hip start hurting really bad. At night my hip, leg and foot hurt enough to wake me. I am on all the pain meds and anti inflammatories that I was before. I see that doc on 6/6.

Are you seeing a specialist or pain management on the 6th?

    Is surgery in your future?
Years ago, my grandfather had crushed discs and couldn't walk. He had surgery and was down for several weeks, but after healing, he was better than new. He was able to get around as good as me. I was 23 at the time.

I really don’t know. I think as long as I improve in between he seems satisfied.

I agree with Lpherr. Herniated discs don't become "unherniated" as far as I know.
They will heal, but it can take a while, like a couple months. They usually give me a steroid injection to help take the swelling down and takes the pressure off of the nerves. I'm scheduled for one next Friday actually.

If it is herniated badly they can go in and trim it, just depends on how bad. They've never had me just go with nothing but pain meds though.
