When it came to magazine limits, they forgot (or simply didnt know about) mini shells. Guess how many mini shells the average shotgun tube can hold? Apparently more than 10. So that tube fed scattergun they assumed was safe is now considered a high cap gun and is banned because the law doesnt specify what KIND of ammo. Just greater than 10.
