I picked up a lb of CFE223 powder last week to test it out. My understanding is that the CFE stands for Copper Fouling Eraser. Any first hand experience with this powder? Does it do anything worth considering using it in an AR?

I use it in my AR loads, seems to perform fine, but smells like ****....seriously, it smells terrible. Not much to comment on the actual 'CFE' piece of the name.

I have some friends who use it and seem to like it. They say it meters well. Personally, I seemed to notice my clean rifle was extremely dirty after shooting some of their loads.

I bought some during the Panic and it seems to work well. I never had a problem with copper fouling in my AR, so I don't think that's much of an improvement..
