Older Delaware lower with big DM

My brother has been looking for one of these he used to work there and can't find the old ones. Has anyone seen one before or know where I might find one?

I have one SBR'd. They used to pop up here and there 4-5 years ago but it's been a long time since I've seen one for sale.

I looked last night and it doesn't have the large rollmark. I thought as much, but couldn't remember off the top of my head.
