NWI INGO General Post - Part 13

Sooooo I went to the circus to get some blood test strips but I lost 3 hours of my life and they only had 50 strips left...

Guess I'll be wasting time at multiple circuses this week to replenish my supply...

On another note... streets in Hammond were crap... Highland and Griffith looked like they didn't get any snow or ice...

Hobart schools with a 2 hour delay. Here comes the domino effect.

The way the call off school, they may as well go during the summer, and have a winter break.

What? I really cant use the word i want to cause ill be a time out.
But whatever let the cold come and be here for the next 3 months. Minus 20 every day. That will surely make thwm rethink these stupid "its too cold lets cancel,school" stuff.

On the bright side it will be only minus 4 when i leave for work but at 7am it will be munus 14. Lol.

Griffith just annoucned 2 hour delay. Eyeroll.

How can this be? Winter doesn't start till the 21.

It kind of helps the head mechanic for Portage lives in my subdivision. My streets are all plowed so he can get out

Our street was plowed clear. Although we have some cops that live in the subdivision. All the other streets were a mess. It's 8:30 pm and still no sign of plows.

Two weeks ago when leaving Church the first Sunday it snowed a fellow said to me "Now it feels like Winter." To which I said "It's not winter yet." He gave me a look and said "Well it feels like winter."

Facts do not matter. Only feelings.
