a couple years ago the recoil pad on my Rem 7615P started to rot. I called Rem about getting a replacement. they sent me couple of them, but neither was the right one. I ended up having to buy one from Limbsaver. Rem customer service told me that based on the part # on the invoice, this pad is for an LE 870 shotgun, with the shorter stock. it's nice and cushy. the base measures 4& 3/8" by 1& 1/2". the holes are 3& 3/16" apart and the top hole is 7/16" from the top.
