I watched a video from the Sig range day and I was glad to see for the x-carry, compacts etc. they are going to put rear sights in now for co-witness and are gong to be RMR capable eventually if you don't want to use Sig optics. That new 4 inch Sig P210 Carry is very intriguing as well.

Got a link to the video? I'll check this out. I'm not big into Sigs, but do love my 365's and like the x-compact, but it seemed kind of less than optimal to lose the rear sight to mount the optic. Would be more interested if they are changing this.

Did Glock hold something back for Shot Show, a screenshot of something called the Glock 49, an 8 shot 10mm. This could be interesting but they probably ruined it like they always do with too short chopped off grips.

While the 10mm Glock would be interesting, it was the mention of the Gen5 .40s that caught my eye. If there’s a Gen 5 G23 produced, I will most likely pick on up in 2020. Maybe a G22.5 as well or another G27 if available in the Gen 5

Nothing that says Volquartsen is inexpensive. They are very proud of their name.

I played with the Summits at the NRA show last year. The history of the Summit action doesn’t instill confidence in me.

Why won’t Ruger just build the Americans using 10/22 barrels? Lol

I predict that another .22lr shortage is about to happen when these are released

    I doubt it.
Since the last .22lr shortage, Aquila has opened a factory dedicated to .22lr production.
Other manufacturers have also increased their production of .22lr.

The industry finally saw the demand, and has responded favorably.
I think it would take much more demand to create a like shortage today.

True. Combine the binary trigger on a 10/22 with the side folding A-Team style stock and a bunch of 25 round mags, you would end up with something that would burn through a lot of ammo very quickly.
