My bet is that you haven't picked up a recently produced Colt. They are making the best quality 1911's they have ever produced. Give them another look.

My bet is that you haven't picked up a recently produced Colt. They are making the best quality 1911's they have ever produced. Give them another look.

All I've had from colt were recent guns. I'll go feel their colt and springer tomorrow and make the conclusion on which pistol is tighter, but my bet is the springer ;D
