Need small engine repair-Fishers area

My old Cub Cadet is in need of repairs. It's an internal governor issue for sure. It'll require the engine to be split apart. My current mower repair shop is apparently going out of business and he just told me won't have time to get it done.

I'm looking for a new shop within reasonable driving distance of Fishers but honesty and good work are most important so I'll drive as far as I need to get it.
