Let's show our age!
As long as you agree with the politics.
She could sing for sure.Pretty much all of Laura Branigan's albums. Heard Gloria on the radio and was hooked. Other than her cover of "the name game" I can't think of any solo song she did that I won't stop to listen to. One of my big regrets was never going to see her perform live when I could. She pretty much retired to take care of her terminally ill husband in the 90s, but was making a comeback in the early 2000s. She was playing a lot of clubs around NY, until she died in her sleep in 2004. That girl could sing!

Not bad for someone released in 1954.
Though most of Bruce's songs are good, I haven't found an album that I like all the way through. Am pretty fond of Life Short, Call Now.Bruce Cockburn's Anything, Anytime, Anywhere.
I personally don't care for either group, so not real familiar with their "albums".Okay , so how is it that you folks missed ELO - Out of the Blue and Beatles - Revolver?
True. There are a couple of songs I'm indifferent to. But none so bad that I choose to skip the song. Also, the Anything, Anytime, Anywhere is a greatest hits which is kinda cheating since the best songs were plucked from other albums and stuck together on one album.Though most of Bruce's songs are good, I haven't found an album that I like all the way through. Crap, I forgot about Marty. Haven't heard any of his music in 30+ years, but used to live on this stuff.Marty Robbins
GUNFIGHTER BALLADS AND TRAIL SONGS
Nothing but winners start to finish.
How about Grass Roots, Gerry and the Pacemakers, James Taylor? There is just too much to pick from.I personally don't care for either group, so not real familiar with their "albums".
As far as the Beatles go, I always preferred the Animals and Stones and later The Who.
Though Prince had a couple good things and was innovative, this stuff was probably to new for me and more of my son and daughter's generation.Bleeecchh
