My WTF phone call

So, I just got this phone call on Skype (you can call me from a land line) and I think it was from a South American game show. Some guy chattered at me in Spanish for a few seconds, and then there was pre-recorded applause and laughter, then more chatter and applause, and then the call disconnected.

There's just one response to accidentally being on an international game show:

Yeah. I refuse to be out-weirded by some Venezuelan.

I assume it's his shirt. Really, though, there's nothing about the picture that doesn't need an explanation so maybe it is a goose.
