    shoot, wet swab, dry swab, repeat

    did that for the first twenty shots at the range.

    While hunting, I'll shoot, dry swab and shoot, then clean completely by wet and dry swabbing when I get home.

    PLEASE, make sure you grease the breech plug!!

    No real break in required. I would swab the barrel to remove packing oils but thats about it. I would put at least 50 loads through it before messing with a scope.
