This reminds me of Mayors Against Illegal Guns. Every week one of them was getting busted for fraud, stealing debit cards meant for the poor, beating his or her, or some other slimy piece of business.

I haven’t heard anything out of them for a while, are they still in business?

    Could be anywhere
She should be suspended from all Guard duties until the criminal charges are settled. If convicted she should be ignominiously booted . . . most likely offered a Qualified Resignation (for the good of the service) and if she declines, an equally ignominious administrative discharge for the good of the service. Unfortunately there's nothing to hit her with in a Court-Martial; military lacks jurisdiction (if the home belonged to a service member, there would be jurisdiction).
Commander should wait until drill then cancel her clearance and boot her off base. I've done it and it is career ending.
