    I need to remind the wife that. She HATES that saying. Even though its true.

    and dont forget to collect and save it for burns! :):
    My late grandmother strongly believed that there was medicinal properties of march snow water. SO she would put a bowl out and collect it. Once melted she'd put it in a ball jar in the fridge and save it to apply to burns.

    It had nothing to do with the fact that its just cold water and thats what helps burns. Nope. Not at all. It was all in the fact it was march snow water. :rolleyes:

    Never heard of that tradition .........I will definitely save some of this snow . Probably make some ice cubes out of it .

    I knew better, but I let her get it when I'd burn myself.

    Looks like WTHR has dialed back the forecast for most of the state. Dusting to 1" for most of central Indiana, with maybe up to 3" down by the Ohio river and the NW part of the state.
