I think the point lost in this (especially by the "professional" reporter presenting the facts) is that the gun was fired by the guy that didn't own it, and probably never trained with a gun.
It said that the guy that pulled the gun at one point dropped it. That's when dumb@ss picked it up and tried to shoot the gun's owner, only to shoot his wife. Can he be charged with theft of the gun?
And what kind of dumb@ss tries to sucker punch a guy carrying a gun??
There's a lot to learn from this situation....but I'm told that in this day and age, we're not allowed to point out the consequences of who people choose to spend their time with and make babies with.
