They don't know who or how many people were affected it seems. Proof is If McManus had pulled a real boner move and had to apologize it wouldn't be to Rancid Crabtree, Crazy Eddie Muldoon or Retch Sweeney if he didn't have a real need to unless it would be a heart felt apology to Quagmire cause no one wants to insult or inconvenience the rich guy, just in case. Thats got to be it, they know i have deep pockets and its better to be safe than sorry.

Seriously though, never gonna please everyone. I lost 1/29 of my service in Feb. For me its not quite a 10% discount. I am okay with that.

My car breaks down they expect me to pay to fix it after I have had it 3 years or so.

As an aside, I did lose service with ATT internet for about a week once so I hot spotted my phone and went over my data usage and got charged overage fees (Purdue BB at tournament time) . I sent an 3 page email to the CEO, got a phone call from his executive secretary letting me know they were going to make it all right. They did, I saved the voicemail and the letter in case I need a model for the future

I got that too, I was affected but if I was on wifi it would still work, couple of weird days though.
