    To All,

I would like to be able to visit w/ someone sometime and just get an idea of what all is required for reloading - from the basic to the advanced.

Right now I shoot surplus ammo. It is fine for what I do and with some calibers it is FAR cheaper than what reloading can be.

That said, I recognize that reloading has additional benefits above and beyond cost savings. As I understand it reloading can produce far more accurate rounds and at an affordable price.

I don't shoot all that much. By all that much I mean hundreds of rounds a sitting. During the summer if I can get out I may shoot 100 - 300 rounds a month. However, I am hoping to get out more this summer with some friends so my habit may increase.

I've been told there are some very good books out on this topic but I am a more social person. I like to talk, ask questions, handle stuff, that sort of thing.

Right now I would be looking at mostly old military rifle calibers if that makes a difference. I am concerned about my 8mm x 56r being very hard to find.

So if anybody would be interested in showing a new guy the ropes and shooting the breeze one fine day please let me know.

I am in Fort Wayne so I'd appreciate less than a 90 minute drive one way, but of course would be willing to go farther.

    Thanks,

    Doug
