Hey guys! I haven't been HEAVY into the computer market since college, but I'm in need of a secondary computer. It would mainly be used to connect to my office hard drive and kind of be my "go everywhere with me workhorse". I'm really liking the idea of the Surface Pro 4, but there are a couple setbacks....

    1) Price is STEEP. Paying high prices for computers is bad financial planning. (Though if I do it with guns, I call it an investment.) :spend:

    2) What's with all the mediocre reviews everywhere? Possible sabotage by Apple fanboys? :):

So can anybody think of anything similar that can fill the roll?
