    I have loaded/lifted and moved a lot of awkward stuff with a shop crane.

    I have been thinking about that approach. I could possibly use it to lift the slab off of a cart that I would use to bring it through the door. Then roll the shop crane over and try to set it down close, then use brute strength and leverage to slide it into place.

    One handy thing is not only can it lift but it's legs make a great cart.
