Kudos again for a great customer experience

I wanted to post kudos to Alan for a great customer experience!

I buy a LOT of stuff off Amazon, it is my go-to site, EXCEPT for Vortex optics. I decided to upgrade the scope on my M1A and exchanged PMs with Alan about recommendations and some Vortex models I liked. He recommended a model that was even under my budget!! Who does that? I received the product just a few days later. I love it! It is the Viper 6.5-20x44.

Just a shout out regarding Vortex too. Their warranty is no BS. I nicked the ocular lens of one of my Crossfire II scopes. Sent it to Vortex with the mea culpa that I probably damaged it getting it in/out of the safe. They replaced the ocular lens and mailed it back to me within a week! Even though it was definitely my fault. Great company.
