Some one on another forum said that in Nevada it wasn't legal to carry the Kel tec sub 2000 ( Folding Rifle) in a bag or back pack, said it falls on the "other than handgun law" don't know or care about Nevada law, just wanted to make sure its legal in Indiana to carry in a bag or backpack

I can't point to a law, because the law only points out what is "illegal", not what is "legal".
In Indiana, you do not need a license/permit for your rifle.
You do need a LTCH to carry your pistol.
In either case, there is no mention of how you do so.

In both cases though, you need to be a "proper person".
