Just what the heck does all it mean?

When a member posts I see things like “Master, Plinker, Expert, Master” etc.

I see the number of posts they have made; I see some things that look like bullet holes and some type of green to yellow bars on the bottom.

I’m sure there is a place on the forum that will explain that stuff but I have not found it.

Will someone guide me to it?
