The Porter County police with some city police are ramping up traffic stops in the Burns Harbor area...mostly the Old Porter road area....for the rest of this summer there will be Porter,city, and state police patrolling this area very heavy...they have reduced the speed limits and are looking to make a little money in this area...just be careful especially on motorcycles...
